StreamSurfers Affiliate Program Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By signing up to be an Affiliate in the StreamSurfers Affiliate Program (“Program”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
StreamSurfers reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Violation of any terms below will result in the termination of your Account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments.
2. Account Requirements
- Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program.
- Human Verification: Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are strictly prohibited.
- Identification: You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and specify your preferred payout method (EMT, Crypto, or PayPal) during signup.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. StreamSurfers is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- Self-Referrals: You may not use the Affiliate Program to earn commissions on your own StreamSurfers accounts.
3. Links, Graphics, and Promotion
- Unique Tracking: Once approved, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate Link. You are responsible for ensuring your "Special Links" are used correctly to permit accurate tracking. We are not liable for commissions lost due to incorrectly formatted links.
- Spam Policy: You must comply with all applicable anti-spam legislation, including CASL and the CAN-SPAM Act. Any affiliate found engaging in "spammy" behavior (unsolicited emails, comment section spamming) will be terminated immediately.
- Truth in Advertising: You may not misrepresent our service. Do not promise "100% uptime" or "legal status" in a way that creates liability. Focus on service quality, channel variety, and support.
4. Referral Fees, Commissions, and Payouts
- Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 10% commission on initial successful subscription sales (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing).
- Threshold: Payouts begin once you have reached a minimum balance of $50 CAD/USD.
- Payout Cycle: Payments are processed during the first week of each month for commissions earned in the previous calendar month.
- Payment Methods:
- Interac e-Transfer (EMT): Available for Canadian residents.
- Cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC): Available globally.
- PayPal: Available globally.
- Approval: All applications are subject to a 24–48 hour manual review period. StreamSurfers reserves the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
5. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor; nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between us. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with your local consumer protection guidelines and FTC regulations.
6. Termination & Liability
Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program. Our total liability is limited to the total commission fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
Termination: StreamSurfers has the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent sales or violation of our "No Spam" policy.
Disclaimer: StreamSurfers acts as a reseller. We are not liable for service interruptions, server maintenance, or content changes caused by third-party upstream providers.
