Install SurfPlayer before you order the trial
The free 48-hour trial starts the moment your login is created. Finish the steps below first, then order the trial so you do not lose time.
What you need
- An Onn 4K stick or Onn 4K Pro, plugged into your TV’s HDMI port and set up on Wi‑Fi (or Ethernet on the Pro).
- The free Downloader app from the Google Play Store on the Onn.
- About 10–15 minutes.
Step 1 — Open Downloader
- On the Onn home screen, open the Google Play Store.
- Search for Downloader by AFTVnews and install it.
- Open Downloader. If it asks for permission to install apps, choose Allow / Install unknown apps for Downloader.
Step 2 — Install SurfPlayer
- In Downloader, type the code
5188273(or go to streamsurfers.net/app) and press Go. - When the file finishes, tap Install, then Open.
- SurfPlayer opens. Leave it ready for sign-in.
Optional backup: you can also install TiviMate the same way if you ever want a second player. Use one app at a time — watching in both at once counts as two connections.
Step 3 — Sign in
- Order your free 48-hour trial (or paid plan) on our site. Your username and password are emailed automatically, usually within a few minutes.
- In SurfPlayer, enter that username and password. No server address is needed.
- Pick a live channel and confirm the picture looks smooth.
If something goes wrong
- Can’t install: In Onn Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, allow Downloader.
- Out of storage on the stick: Uninstall apps you do not use. The Pro has more room.
- Buffering: Prefer 5 GHz Wi‑Fi or Ethernet (Pro). Restart the Onn once a week.
