How to Pay

We offer four easy ways to pay. Pick the one that suits you at checkout. Your service is activated and confirmed by email once your payment is received.

1. Credit Card (secure invoice link)

1. Add your plan to the cart and go to checkout.
2. Choose Credit Card (secure invoice link).
3. Tell us how to send your link: Text (we will use your mobile number) or Email.
4. Place your order. Our team will send you a secure payment link shortly.
5. Click the link, enter your credit card details and submit your payment.
6. You will receive instant confirmation once your payment is approved.

2. Interac e-Transfer (Canadian clients only)

1. Place your order at checkout and choose Email Money Transfer. Note your order number.
2. Log in to your online banking and select Interac e-Transfer → Send Money.
3. Send the exact order total to support@streamsurfers.net.
4. For the Security Question, enter your order number only.
5. Set the Security Answer to: Canada1
6. Send the transfer. Once we receive and accept it, your service will be activated and confirmed by email.

Important: do not mention IPTV, streaming, TV, channels, subscriptions or anything similar in the memo, notes or answer. Only your order number should appear as the security question. Transfers containing these words will be declined.

3. Cryptocurrency

1. At checkout, choose Cryptocurrency and select the currency you want to pay with.
2. Place your order. The next page shows the exact amount and the wallet address to send to.
3. Send exactly the amount shown to that address from your wallet, within the time shown on the page.
4. Once your payment is received, your service will be activated and confirmed by email.

4. Amazon Digital Gift Card

1. Place your order at checkout and choose Amazon Digital Gift Card. Note your order number and total.
2. Log in to Amazon.ca and search for “Amazon Digital Gift Card (Email Delivery)”.
3. Enter the exact order total as the gift card amount. It must match your invoice total exactly.
4. In the Recipient Email field, enter: support@streamsurfers.net
5. In the gift message, write your order number so we can match your payment.
6. Complete the purchase. Once we receive the gift card, your service will be activated and confirmed by email.

Important: choose Email Delivery (not a physical card), and double-check the recipient email: support@streamsurfers.net.
