StreamSurfers Refer-a-Friend & Affiliate Program Terms
These terms apply to the StreamSurfers Refer-a-Friend program and the StreamSurfers Affiliate program. StreamSurfers is based in Canada and these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Refer-a-Friend (customers)
- Every StreamSurfers customer gets a personal referral code and link in My Account.
- Your friend: a person who has never been a StreamSurfers customer (free trials don’t count) can use a referral code once, at checkout, for $20 off 1 Month – 1 Connection, which makes their first month free. It can’t be combined with other codes and has no cash value.
- You: you earn one free month when a friend you referred (with your code or your link) buys a paid 1-year (12-month) plan. Monthly, 3-month and 6-month plans, free months and free trials do not earn a reward.
- The reward is given after our 5-day money-back period has passed (we wait 7 days). If the friend’s order is refunded, no reward is given.
- The reward is one month added to your current StreamSurfers service, with the same number of connections. It has no cash value. If we can’t add it automatically, we will contact you.
- No self-referrals or duplicate accounts. There is no limit on how many free months you can earn.
Affiliate program
- Affiliate applications are reviewed and approved manually.
- Affiliates earn a 10% commission on orders placed through their link (before tax).
- Commissions become payable 7 days after the order (after the 5-day money-back period). Refunded orders earn no commission.
- Payouts are made once a month by Interac e-Transfer or cryptocurrency once your balance reaches $50 CAD.
- No spam, no paid ads on the StreamSurfers brand name, no misleading claims, and no self-referrals. We may withhold commissions earned through fraud or abuse and may end any affiliate relationship at any time.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
